By submitting an application, making a payment, or participating in YDA 2027, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Application and Registration
All applications for YDA 2027 must be submitted through the official Diplominds Global application process.
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, admission, funding, an invitation letter, visa approval, or participation in the event.
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information.
Diplominds Global reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel an application or participation where information is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with the eligibility requirements.
2. Application and Processing Fee
The application fee for YDA'27 Fully Funded & Partially Funded category is USD 15, unless otherwise stated on the official application page.
This fee covers administrative and application-processing costs.
The application/processing fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Payment of the application fee does not constitute confirmation of selection or participation.
3. Selection and Participation Categories
Applicants may be considered for different participation categories, including:
Fully Funded
Partially Funded
Self-Funded
Forum Pass
Invitation Letter
Availability, eligibility requirements, benefits, and costs may differ between categories.
Selection into a funded or partially funded category is subject to Diplominds Global's assessment and available places.
Being selected for a funded category does not automatically mean that every expense associated with attending Madrid, Spain, will be covered.
4. Funded and Partially Funded Participation
Where an applicant is selected for a funded or partially funded opportunity, the specific benefits provided will be communicated through the official selection/offer information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, funding does not guarantee coverage of:
Visa application fees
Passport or document expenses
Personal expenses
Travel insurance
Meals or transportation not expressly included
Additional accommodation
Expenses arising from delays, cancellations, or personal circumstances
Participants are responsible for reviewing their individual offer and understanding exactly what is and is not included.
5. Self-Funded and Forum Pass Participation
Participants accepted under the Self-Funded or Forum Pass categories are responsible for the applicable participation fee and any expenses not expressly included in their selected category.
Payment confirms the participant's acceptance of the applicable category and its associated terms.
Participation benefits are limited to those expressly stated for the selected category.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the participant's category and the date on which the refund request is received.

Where a refund is approved under this policy, Diplominds Global may provide the eligible amount as a voucher/credit for a future Diplominds Global conference, as specified below, unless applicable law requires another form of refund.
Self-Funded and Forum Pass Participants
For eligible Self-Funded and Forum Pass participants:
More than 30 days before the event:
30% of the total participation fee will be deducted, and the remaining 70% may be issued as a voucher for a future Diplominds Global conference.
20–30 days before the event:
50% of the total participation fee will be deducted, and the remaining 50% may be issued as a voucher.
10–19 days before the event:
70% of the total participation fee will be deducted, and the remaining 30% may be issued as a voucher.
Less than 10 days before the event:
No voluntary refund or voucher will normally be provided.
The USD 15 application/processing fee is non-refundable and is separate from the participation fee.
Funded and Partially Funded Participants
The application/processing fee remains non-refundable.
Any additional payment made by a funded or partially funded participant will be subject to the specific terms communicated with their participation offer and applicable law.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refund or voucher requests will be reviewed and processed by Diplominds Global after the written request has been received and verified.
Refund eligibility is determined according to the participant's category, payment records, applicable deadline, and these Terms and Conditions.
A participant may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify the payment and refund request.
8. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
Diplominds Global reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or substantially modify YDA 2027 where reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
Natural disasters
Public health emergencies
Political or civil unrest
Government restrictions
Security concerns
Venue-related circumstances
Travel restrictions
Force majeure events
Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Diplominds Global
Participants will be informed of significant changes as soon as reasonably practicable.
Any refund, credit, or alternative arrangement resulting from cancellation or rescheduling will be handled according to the applicable event policy and applicable law.
9. Force Majeure
Diplominds Global will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, transportation disruption, venue closure, or other force majeure events.
10. Event Modifications
Diplominds Global reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:
Speakers
Sessions
Workshops
Topics
Program schedule
Venue
Accommodation arrangements
Networking activities
Cultural activities
Event format
Such changes will not necessarily constitute grounds for a refund.
Major changes will be communicated to participants where reasonably practicable.
11. Visa and Immigration Responsibilities
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining any visa, entry permit, passport, travel authorization, or other documentation required to enter Spain.
Diplominds Global may provide an invitation letter or supporting documentation where the participant is eligible and the applicable category includes such documentation.
Issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Spain.
Diplominds Global is not responsible for visa refusals, processing delays, immigration decisions, border decisions, or changes in immigration requirements.
Participants should apply for their visa sufficiently in advance and comply with all requirements established by the relevant authorities.
12. Travel and Transportation
Participants are responsible for arranging their travel to and from Madrid unless transportation is expressly included in their participation category.
Diplominds Global is not responsible for losses arising from:
Missed flights
Flight cancellations
Delays
Lost luggage
Travel disruptions
Personal travel arrangements
Visa-related travel losses
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
13. Accommodation
Where accommodation is included in a participant's selected category, the accommodation arrangements will be communicated by Diplominds Global.
Accommodation may be subject to:
Availability
Shared-room arrangements
Hotel policies
Check-in/check-out requirements
Program schedules
Additional nights, upgrades, personal expenses, or accommodation outside the stated entitlement may be the participant's responsibility.
14. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
Follow the official event schedule.
Provide accurate information.
Respect organizers, speakers, delegates, staff, and partners.
Follow venue and accommodation rules.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Behave professionally throughout the event.
Respect cultural, religious, and personal differences.
Maintain appropriate conduct during official and unofficial event activities.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and personal expenses.
15. Code of Conduct
YDA 2027 is intended to provide a respectful, inclusive, and professional international environment.
Diplominds Global does not tolerate:
Harassment
Threats
Violence
Discrimination
Bullying
Hate speech
Sexual harassment
Intimidation
Fraudulent conduct
Deliberate disruption of the event
Misuse of event facilities or resources
Diplominds Global may take appropriate action, including removal from an activity or cancellation of participation, where a participant materially breaches the Code of Conduct.
Where participation is cancelled because of serious misconduct or a breach of these Terms, refunds will generally not be available, subject to applicable law.
16. Transfer of Registration
Registrations and participation places are personal and non-transferable.
A participant may not transfer their place to another person without prior written authorization from Diplominds Global.
Diplominds Global reserves the right to verify participant identity during registration and event check-in.
17. Photography, Videography and Media
YDA 2027 may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise documented for legitimate event, archival, educational, communications, and promotional purposes.
By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photography or recordings.
Where consent is legally required for specific uses, Diplominds Global will obtain or provide the appropriate consent mechanism.
Participants should contact Diplominds Global if they have a specific concern regarding the use of identifiable media involving them.
18. Intellectual Property
All original event materials produced by Diplominds Global, including branding, graphics, written materials, presentations, photographs, videos, documents, and other content, remain the property of Diplominds Global or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Participants may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute, or modify protected event materials without appropriate authorization.
Participants retain ownership of original materials they independently create, subject to any rights granted to Diplominds Global through separate agreements or applicable law.
19. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal information submitted through the application and registration process will be processed in accordance with Diplominds Global's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.
Personal information may be used for purposes including:
Application processing
Selection and communication
Registration
Event administration
Visa/invitation documentation where applicable
Accommodation arrangements
Participant support
Compliance and security
Event-related communications
Participants should review the Diplominds Global Privacy Policy for further information regarding data processing, rights, retention, and international transfers.
20. Third-Party Services
YDA 2027 may involve third-party providers, including hotels, transportation providers, payment processors, venues, visa-related services, and other service providers.
Where participants independently use third-party services, those services may be governed by the third party's own terms and policies.
Diplominds Global is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, or service failures of third-party providers, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Liability and Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, travel arrangements, personal belongings, and conduct.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Diplominds Global will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a participant's personal travel arrangements, visa refusal, personal circumstances, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
22. Geographic and Legal Restrictions
Diplominds Global may restrict or refuse services, applications, registrations, payments, or participation where required by applicable laws, sanctions, export-control requirements, anti-money-laundering requirements, or other regulatory obligations.
Participants must not use Diplominds Global services on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a person or entity where doing so would violate applicable law or sanctions.
Diplominds Global reserves the right to conduct reasonable compliance checks and to refuse or terminate services where legally required.
This section applies regardless of where the website or services are accessed.
23. Breach of Terms
If a participant materially breaches these Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct, applicable law, or official event requirements, Diplominds Global may take appropriate measures, including:
Warning the participant
Restricting access to specific activities
Cancelling participation
Removing the participant from the event
Refusing future participation
Where participation is cancelled due to a serious breach, any refund will be determined according to the applicable refund policy and applicable law.
24. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Participation in YDA 2027 does not guarantee:
Employment
Scholarships
Academic admission
Government opportunities
Diplomatic appointments
Immigration or visa approval
Future invitations
Awards
Partnerships
Funding
Professional advancement
Any such outcomes are dependent on independent decisions and circumstances outside the control of Diplominds Global.
25. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Diplominds Global may update these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in the event, applicable law, operational requirements, or services.
The latest version published on the official Diplominds Global website will apply to future applications and registrations, subject to applicable law.
26. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application, making a payment, confirming participation, or attending YDA 2027, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not submit an application or make a payment.
